Whether your project has a very strict schedule specification that must be adhered to, or if you are just looking for an unbiased outside review of the health of your schedule, we can provide a full review and make recommendations for correction.

Unlike the industry standard of performing a "health check" that simply looks at schedule metrics and best practices, we use our construction knowledge to perform a thorough review and provide feedback on where more or less detail may be beneficial and ensure that your schedule accurately reflects the true Critical Path and overall plan to completion.
