Recovery Planning

All clients have different priorities, but the one commonality that all projects have is the importance of the contracted end date. Barring a formal contractual time extension, contractors are often asked to provide recovery plans if the project is trending late, regardless of cause. We will work with your project management team to develop detailed recovery plans that show what will be needed to get a project back on track. 

Aside from a detailed schedule, we can also prepare visual aids to help communicate the recovery plan.
